During my Christmas holiday, I enjoyed the fact that the cottages were fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including beach towels and picnic rugs. the hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and their attention to detail was impressive. The location of the cottages was also great, being close to the shops, restaurants, and the airport. We particularly liked the views from the deck, which provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The lack of air conditioning, which made the temperature in the cottages quite uncomfortable at times. While the large windows and fans helped mitigate the heat, it would have been much better to have air conditioning available, especially during the hotter days.

Our recent stay at Poinciana Cottages was absolutely fantastic. The cottages were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We loved the well-equipped BBQ pavilion and the convenient location near shops and tour operators. The hosts, Jackie and Peter, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. we highly recommend Poinciana Cottages for a wonderful stay on Norfolk Island.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the spacious areas in what looks like a small cottage from the outside. The attention to detail was fantastic, with every utensil we needed in the well-equipped kitchen. We also loved the location, as it was very close to the main shops and dining options in the area. the service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The basic amenities were all in good condition, and we particularly appreciated the breakfast provided.

All was perfect and exceeded our expectations.
