We had a great stay at Byrkjedalstunet Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a shared kitchen and living room for added convenience. The on-site restaurant offered delicious and reasonably priced meals, including a fantastic breakfast. The location was perfect for hiking in the area and we particularly enjoyed visiting the nearby "magma park." a wonderful experience!

The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, even providing a TV in the room. The location of the hotel is perfect for hiking, with many trails nearby, and it's just a short drive to a beautiful waterfall. the on-site bakery is a highlight with delicious bread. Candlelit breakfast was a charming touch.

Some rooms do not have a TV as stated, and some of the rooms could use more space. the Wi-Fi can be slow and there are restrictions on using the outdoor BBQ area.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with heated floors that are perfect for drying out wet hiking gear. The bathroom is huge and features a brilliant shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet includes delicious freshly baked bread, muesli, and mouthwatering smoked salmon. The hotel also has an on-site candle shop, which is a great place to find unique gifts.
