I encountered several issues during my stay that disappointed me. The reception staff could not guarantee when my room would be ready, despite it being past the 3:00 PM check-in time. This caused unnecessary stress as I had to insist on an alternative room, which shouldn't have been the case for a relaxing getaway.

I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere, and my room was spacious with views of the stunning architecture. The restaurant offered a nice selection of dishes made from local ingredients. I found the breakfast to be plentiful, and I appreciated the chance to gather with family without feeling crowded. However, I had an issue with noise from a private function that disrupted my sleep, but the staff quickly resolved it by moving me to a quieter room. I look forward to returning.

oh, the views from my room were just breathtaking, but the cleanliness was absolutely heartbreaking. dust everywhere and curtains with stains. i almost recomended this hotel, but then they didn’t even offer me a welcome gift for the inconvenience of moving rooms! how dare they treat me like everyone else? so disappointing.

It was just a smart choice for a quick stopover in Tromso with very good value for money. The buffet breakfast was great and kept us full for our long days out. Make sure to ask for a room with a door on the shower to avoid getting water everywhere!
