Serving an important purpose in Svalbard, this guesthouse is a decent budget accommodation with beautiful views. The staff were excellent, the communal kitchen and dining areas were convenient, and the walk to town was enjoyable. The restaurant offered a nice menu and great burgers and fish. I've never had a room with such a stunning view before.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the town center and close to the wilderness. I loved waking up to the sight of reindeer grazing outside my window every day. The breakfast provided was satisfying, and the shared kitchen gave me the opportunity to prepare my own meals. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location reasonably close to the town center, and the staff's friendliness were the best aspects of my stay.
