The hotel had a stunning view of the mountains and lakes, it was breathtaking. the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, I had a good night's sleep which was important because I had an early start the next day. the hotel's location near the business conference that I was attending was very convenient.

The hotel was let down by its dull decor, it didn't feel like it had been updated for a while. the service was also poor, the staff didn't seem interested or particularly helpful when I had a few questions to ask.
