My xmas stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location was also a key advantage, with easy access to the city center and a beautiful park just across the street. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

the spa experience was not as relaxing as I had hoped. The treatment rooms felt more like hospital emergency clinics, lacking the peaceful ambiance I expected.
