The hotel is in close proximity to cute restaurants and souvenir shops that offer a taste of the local culture. The hotel is not adequately soundproofed, which can be a big issue when you want to relax after a busy day. You can hear everything from your neighbors: footsteps, loud talking, and even snoring.

The breakfast at Hafjell Hotell was superb. The variety of options was impressive and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the pancakes with maple syrup. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
