The rorbuer we stayed in was cozy and beautiful, with all the facilities we needed. the location was perfect, close to stunning places like Haukland Beach and Viking Museum. the lodge team was dedicated and passionate, always there to help and share the most beautiful spots in Lofoten. the restaurant at the lodge served delicious food, and the breakfast options were tasty. the whole property was well-maintained, with a peaceful ambiance.

We stayed at a lodge over Christmas and had a wonderful time! The accommodations were cozy and clean, with spacious cabins that easily fit our family of four. The location was perfect, with beautiful hiking trails and sightseeing spots nearby. We also enjoyed being right by the water, it added a lovely touch to our holiday experience.

There were a couple of drawbacks that affected our stay. we had an issue with the hot water on the first morning.

We had an incredible stay at Hattvika Lodge. the hillside cabin was spacious with a large bathroom and heated floors. the views were breathtaking. the staff provided excellent recommendations and made us feel at home. the classic Norwegian breakfast was delicious, with fresh food cooked to perfection. the location in Lofoten is perfect, with great hikes and nice restaurants. It's a beautiful and peaceful spot, less touristy than other areas.

We recently stayed at Hattvika Lodge for a week-long vacation. The stylish, reclaimed wood interior gave the hotel a unique and cozy atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the stunning views - we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights right from our living room and bedroom window. The staff went above and beyond, even greeting us in the parking lot upon arrival. The breakfast, prepared by a helpful and friendly girl, was absolutely amazing with fresh and delicious food. The location was perfect, offering great hikes and nice restaurants in a less touristy part of Lofoten.

The dormitory was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped, with a modern kitchen and clean bathroom right in the room. The large dining table was perfect for socializing with fellow backpackers. The daily cleaning service kept everything tidy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also loved the fact that there were brochures with trip suggestions available, and the hosts were more than happy to provide additional tips. The price was definitely a major plus, as it was very affordable for the quality of accommodation. the convenience of having a nearby shop for daily necessities was a great benefit.

Although the dormitory was comfortable, it would have been nice to have better air circulation by being able to open the windows more. The limited kitchen facilities were adequate, but having a small microwave in addition to the cooktop would have been a nice addition.

Located in the heart of Lofoten, Hattvika Lodge offers a truly immersive experience. The rorbuer are cozy and well-equipped, including a handy washing machine for hikers. Supermarkets and the airport are conveniently close by, and the views from the windows are breathtaking. The friendly and dedicated staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, sharing their knowledge of the area and even arranging activities like fishing trips. The breakfast is excellent, including a delicious almond cake. Plus, the lodge offers a vegetarian menu for dinner.

The reception/restaurant has a slight fish smell upon entering, but it dissipates quickly.

Loved the newly updated house and the traditional style cottages. The main villa with the annexe and fisherman's cottage was charming. The views from each home were incredible. It was a great stay!

For the price, Hattvika Lodge was an incredible value - clean, well-kept, and with amazing views. The location was perfect, with a grocery shop nearby and easy access to buses. The staff, especially Roland, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even helping me retrieve my lost phone from the bus station. Their hiking recommendations were spot on!

Breakfast choices could be improved with the addition of a microwave or small containers for leftovers.

The room was tastefully furnished and the use of a clothes washer and drying rack was greatly appreciated. The staff was always helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at a well-equipped cottage in Hattvika, with stunning views of the harbour. the restaurant across the road was excellent, offering a fantastic dining experience with a breathtaking view. the cottage itself was cozy and clean, and the bathroom was wonderful. the host, Kristian, was incredibly helpful and provided us with great advice on exploring the area, including the search for Northern Lights. the location of Hattvika was perfect, with easy access from the main road and plenty of activities to enjoy. We will definitely be coming back!

The location is stunning, with beautiful decks facing an inlet and breathtaking views. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with high ceilings, large beds, and nice bathrooms. The service from the staff is excellent, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast provided is delicious and the facilities are well-equipped, including a portable loudspeaker, amazing shower, and comfortable reading bench by the window.

The kitchen tools could use better cleaning, with some knives and forks found dirty in the drawer. Additionally, the kitchen tap is unstable and may need to be fixed.

We had an amazing stay with spacious cabins, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for exploring nearby trails and activities. The staff, including our guide Roland, were friendly and helpful. We even received a birthday surprise! The lodge had a stylish design and a beautiful view of the seashore. The breakfast and laundry facilities were a pleasant surprise.
