Lovely spacious room with lots of natural light. Frances, the host, was friendly and accommodating. Convenient location near Eyre Square and beautiful view of Lough Atalia. Quick response to a water problem. Allowed us to store our luggage during our trip to the Aran Islands. Free parking and clean facilities.

The free Wi-Fi was good and the complimentary coffee was a welcome perk. the location was very central and close to public transportation. the view from the window was amazing and enjoyable.

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been and the noise level from other guests was horrendous. the shower was barely functioning and the towels provided were worn out.

I had a fantastic stay at the Light House in Galway. the property was extremely homely and comfortable, with tasteful decorations and a welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, the owner greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. the room was impeccably clean and the bathroom was great. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was just a short 15-minute walk away.

I recently stayed at The Light House in Galway for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to the center. The Christmas decorations outside the rooms created a cozy and festive atmosphere. Frances, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, checking up on our sick son and promptly fixing a broken hairdryer. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a TV and kettle for coffee/tea. The staff were friendly, down-to-earth, and always willing to help. The view of the lake from our room was breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Galway. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the Galmont Hotel where my friends were staying and also fairly close to the city center. The sea view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The room was comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the tea and coffee provided. The staff, especially the lovely lady who owns the hotel, were very welcoming and made me feel at home. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and I liked the modern amenities like the USB charging ports in the room.

We also enjoyed a great day trip to Cong, exploring the Abby, Cong Wood hiking trails, and Ross Errily Friary.
