The included breakfast and dinner were good. We stayed in a comfortable cabin and had the option to explore the property. The snow rooms were a unique attraction. The staff was flexible and accommodating.

We got great value for our money with beautiful and clean cabins, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The staff at Snowhotel Kirkenes were extremely friendly and accommodating, even switching our reservation when our boys found the snow room too cold.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

The ice and snow structures were impressive and beautifully crafted. the location was ideal for viewing local wildlife, and the opportunity to explore the outdoors with snowshoes and cross-country skis was an enjoyable adventure.

Sleeping inside a snow and ice room was not a comfortable experience, even with the recommended sleeping bags. the extreme temperature made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep.

So sad that I couldn't eat separately and had to mingle with other people during dinner, just like in a summer camp.

The cabin I stayed in was comfortable and spacious, with a lovely sitting area offering a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, always ensuring that my needs were met. The meals at the restaurant were delicious, with a focus on local produce. I highly recommend this hotel for an incredible stay.
