The property's snowy hills are magical. The resort is cozy and inviting, with a top-notch spa. The included breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Location is good.

The location of Lily Country Club was perfect for our needs as it was conveniently close to the airport, allowing for a smooth transition from our flight. The stunning scenery surrounding the hotel added to the overall beauty of our stay. The spa facilities and restaurant were excellent, offering a variety of options for relaxation and dining. The friendly staff at the restaurant and spa made us feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide selection of delicious food to start our day.

Although our stay at Lily Country Club was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of drawbacks. the hotel seemed to employ inexperienced staff at the reception who were not very knowledgeable about the hotel facilities or amenities.

Celebrating the New Year here was a great experience. the staff were pleasant and helpful, making our New Year's Eve special by setting up a great dinner for us. the breakfast offered exceptional choices catering to different dietary requirements, and the meals were excellent value for money. the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was within a short walking distance from public transportation links and shops.

The hotel had a couple of drawbacks that impacted our experience. Parking wasn't free, making it a nuisance to park and pay every time we needed our car.

This hotel offered an exclusive experience complete with luxurious amenities and outstanding service. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and sauna were a highlight, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. the beauty treatment and full body massage options were top-notch and left us feeling completely pampered. the hotel's restaurant and bar served exceptional food and drink, with special diet menus available upon request. We also appreciated the private facilities offered, adding to the overall luxurious experience.

The only minor issue was the lack of communication about parking fees. We were surprised to receive a hefty price for parking and wish the staff had informed us of the cost beforehand.
