On arrival, we were given a terrible processed cheap baloney sandwich because the restaurant had closed. However, the location of the hotel on a hillside offered wonderful views of the surrounding area. We were able to enjoy sunbathing in another area to the left and even found a nice fish restaurant called Mar y Mar nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with big bathrooms and good quality shower gel. The staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was of a high standard. we enjoyed our short stay and would consider returning.

There is only one minor issue that could be improved is the poolside bar service, which could be better organized. The hotel could consider making one pool a “quiet one” for guests seeking a more peaceful environment.

We had a great Christmas break at this hotel! the facilities were fantastic with two amazing pools to choose from, one for families and another for those looking for a more peaceful and relaxed experience. the spa was also amazing, with great treatments that left us feeling pampered and refreshed. Location-wise, the hotel was perfectly situated with gorgeous views of the surrounding area and easy access to nearby attractions. We also loved the great food that was served, with a wide variety of fresh selections to choose from.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. some of the fixtures and amenities in our room were quite outdated and could use some modernization.

I had a lovely 5 night stay at this hotel. Conveniently located near restaurants, it served as a great base for exploring the beautiful sites of the island. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a massive bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of choices, and the a la carte restaurant was perfect for a special meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the outside facilities, including the pools, were amazing. Will definitely come back!

We were pleasantly surprised by our upgraded room with a stunning sea view and balcony. The spacious and comfortable room had a modern 'wetroom' bathroom with plenty of hot water. The hotel grounds were impeccably maintained, with two well-tended pools and ample sunbathing areas. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, meats. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel's location on a hill provided breathtaking views. we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.
