The hotel's location is unbeatable for winter sports enthusiasts. The ski-in, ski-out access makes it easy to hit the slopes right away. Another definite plus is the friendly and helpful staff, who were always available. The hotel restaurant served excellent food, with a three-course meal that changed every night.

The room did not meet our expectations in terms of amenities. There were no tea or coffee-making facilities, which was a bit inconvenient, and it was also lacking a phone.

I stayed at a hotel down the mountain, and it was the perfect location for skiing. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the mountains. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a ski rental shop right next to the slopes, making it convenient for skiing all day. The pizza restaurant in the hotel was a great place to grab a meal after a long day on the slopes.

The lack of kitchen items in the room, such as oven gloves, plates for hot dishes, and washing up brush and soap.
