We had a wonderful stay at Altiplanico Rapa Nui for four days. The meals at the hotel were absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed them in a beautiful tranquil setting. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable, and the grounds were well-maintained with flowers everywhere. We also had a lovely view of their very own moai on the shoreline. a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

There were a few drawbacks to this hotel experience. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and I was unable to connect throughout my entire stay.

Great location with amazing views of sunrise and sunset. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially Gabriela and Gabriel in the restaurant. The tuna with sweet potatoes is a must-try dish. Pricey but worth it for the ocean views. Breakfast is average.

The restaurant and bar were quite overpriced for the average quality of food and drink. Another downside was the lack of air conditioning or adequate ventilation in the cabin, making it uncomfortably hot to sleep.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the museum, marina, and the famous Heads. I could easily explore the island and enjoy the beautiful coastline in just a short drive. The service was exceptional, with car hire, housekeeping, and laundry all taken care of. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, with a refreshing welcome drink. The staff was friendly and accommodating, assisting me with tours and tickets. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities and a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The clean and comfortable rooms had everything I needed, from free toiletries to a cozy parquet floor. The dining experience was delightful, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals, packed lunches, and special diet menus. I couldn't ask for more during my stay.

We loved the quiet location with our little bungalow, nice terrace with a view of the sea. The garden is gorgeous with the little paths and lots of beautiful plants. The staff were so nice, food delicious, but be warned very big portions. We had an outdoor and indoor shower. The lounge was lovely too, and we were able to walk to the sunset point very easily. Taxis are easy and affordable.
