I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it's right by the slopes, making it so convenient for skiing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially in the ski shop where they sorted out my son's unusual boot size. The spa was a real treat, and I absolutely loved relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall level of comfort was top-notch. I also appreciated the variety of amenities offered, such as the restaurant, bar, and bakery. The customer service here is truly commendable.

The spa facilities were top-notch, with indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, steam rooms, and saunas, providing a soothing and rejuvenating experience. The ski room with lockers linked to our room keys was a great convenience. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and offered a wide range of options to suit everyone's preferences.

I must mention that some guests experienced noise issues due to the Lodge Guest Rooms being connected to apartments with shared walls. This can sometimes lead to disturbances if neighbors are noisy, impacting the quality of sleep.

During our xmas stay, we appreciated the convenience of having ski rental, ski lockers and a spa all in the same location. the spacious apartments were well-equipped and had lovely views of the slopes. the key location near the lift made skiing a breeze. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the spa which was especially nice on a chilly evening.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from our otherwise lovely stay. the pricing was on the high side, and it was strange to have to pay extra for things like having our room cleaned.
