We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location directly at the harbor was perfect - we were right in the center of everything by the waterfront. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room amenities, including air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities, added to our comfort and convenience. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, such as a sauna and swimming pool, which were a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The amenities, service, and location are all exceptional.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options including cereal, fish, cheese, bread, fruit, and made-to-order eggs. The staff were attentive and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and located away from noise. The hotel had a great location by the waterfront and had good gym facilities.

The hotel had ample parking, which was convenient. It was ideally located near restaurants and a beautiful waterfront area for strolling. the breakfast was diverse and filling with something for everyone to enjoy.

The lighting in the rooms was not bright enough, and the shower pressure was weak and not up to standards.

stayed in tonsberg before but quality exceeded expectations with great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. rooftop pool area and breakfast buffet were amazing.

Refund process for early check-out was problematic.

They made sure everything was perfect for us, from check-in to the restaurant service. the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional. the hotel's central location was also a plus, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the experience at Quality Hotel was great.
