We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to explore the city center of Harstad and enjoy all the attractions it had to offer. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, providing excellent room service and ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from. we were extremely impressed with the level of luxury and convenience provided by this hotel.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was right in the heart of town, close to many shops and just a 1-minute walk from the water park. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a partial view of the sea and harbor. The bathroom was clean and well-kept, with quality amenities. The service was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious food.

The hotel lacked enough shelf space in the bathroom and hooks for hanging clothes and washbags.

The hotel was situated at an excellent location with easy access to various tourist spots. The staff at the reception was helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, perfect to start the day off.

The rooms were too old and poorly maintained, the bed was very uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep. The noisy surroundings of the hotel caused discomfort throughout the night.

The room was spacious, modern, and well-kept with a partial view of the sea. Despite facing the main street, it was surprisingly quiet. The bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection and ample choices. I also enjoyed a tasty dinner at the on-site restaurant, although there was a minor issue with my order. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
