The hotel is a gem with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was impeccably clean, featuring a cozy coffee area. Although the sloped-roof room was charming, it might not suit everyone. The family-owned vibe and locally-sourced meals, especially the raspberry at breakfast, were delightful touches.

During my stay, I felt uncomfortable due to unexpected noise from a wedding party that was happening on the property. Although the owners were attentive and tried to assist us, I wish we had been informed about this event beforehand. Additionally, the apartment we booked had unaddressed issues, including a lack of cleaning and unfinished renovations, which were quite disappointing during our stay.

Had a great time with friends at this cozy spot! We loved having dinner at the restaurant—seriously, the food was delicious! Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed exploring the nearby hiking trails too. Perfect for a group getaway! Just a note, Wi-Fi could be a bit tricky at times, but it's manageable!

One downside was hearing our neighbors because of the building's wooden structure. It got a bit noisy at night, which was a little distracting.

The restaurant prices are absolutely outrageous!!! Additionally, the need for clearer instructions regarding amenities like Wi-Fi is glaring. The ongoing refurbishment is inconvenient. the unfinished look detracts from the overall experience!!! A bit more attention to cleaning upon check-in wouldn't hurt!!!

My stay here was enhanced by the beautiful surroundings and the convenience of nearby attractions, like the Voss Folk Museum just under 2 km away, where I enjoyed stunning lake views and local culture. also, biking around the gorgeous lake was an unforgettable experience, feeling peaceful and away from the bustle, making my weekend exploration truly special.

The room I stayed in was spacious and super comfy—really liked that! They provided a crib for my baby, which made things easier. Just a heads up, though, the attic room has a sloped roof, so watch your head! It was clean and cozy, but felt a bit cramped compared to the bigger family room we had the next night. Totally enjoyed the view of the hills from the window, though!
