The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to access. The breakfast offered is delicious and there are multiple restaurants nearby to choose from. The hotel is well-equipped, with a pool and sauna available for guests to use. the rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel could benefit from improving their facilities, such as ensuring that the pool and sauna are in working order and properly maintained.

Fabulous breakfast with variable food choices and fresh fruits and vegetables. In-room big TV screen with plenty of channels and modern bathroom with always hot water for shower. Convenient location just a few hundred meters from the city center and train station. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, just a couple of hundred metres from the train and bus stations, and a short walk to the town centre with shops and plenty of places to eat. This made it simple for us to travel around and explore the area. The staff were above excellent, always willing to help us with whatever questions we had. They were extremely cooperative and polite, and even apologized for the waiting time and gave us a larger room without any additional charges. It was a really nice gesture.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern family room at Thon Hotel. The separate sleeping area and two TVs were a hit, and the kids loved the comfortable sleeping sofa. The indoor swimming pool and whirlpool were a fantastic addition, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also provided two electric fans to compensate for the lack of AC. The location was safe and convenient, only 15 minutes away from Oslo by car. I would highly recommend this hotel for families.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and offered a variety of foods to choose from. the hotel's location near train and bus stations made it easy to travel around the city. the room had a great view of the city skyline which was quite appealing.

My stay was not entirely comfortable as the room was too hot and the air conditioning was inadequate. some of the bedding was too heavy for the time of year and made it hard to sleep comfortably.
