The hotel is conveniently located right by the express ferry dock from Bodo, making it easy for us to arrive and depart. it is in the center of Svolvaer, next to the marina where all the exciting excursions begin. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant, and the sommelier provided excellent service.

The shower in our room had some issues, including a non-functioning shower curtain and a spray that went in all directions, causing the bathroom to become flooded.

Excellent location, just minutes from the airport, car rental and restaurants. Beautiful water view from spacious rooms. Delicious and varied breakfast options. Comfortable, king-size bed. Fantastic stay!

The hotel is located near the harbor, making it convenient to explore the city center of Svolvaer and engage in activities like the Sea Eagle Safari and Northern Lights Phototour. Additionally, the hotel is situated on a hillside, providing an opportunity for a scenic trek. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with clean beds and a nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of fresh, local, and homemade food, including organic options. Furthermore, there is a cozy fireplace outside the restaurant, perfect for warming up on chilly evenings.

The parking area is quite small and not very welcoming.

We loved the fantastic location of this hotel, right next to the harbor facing the fjords. Being in the center of the city, everything was easily accessible. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with a great selection of food and delicious coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was located just a short walk from the bus stop and had a fantastic restaurant and bar. I also enjoyed the clean, modern design of the rooms and the breathtaking view from my window of the surrounding mountains. the hotel provided free wifi and ample parking, which made it easy for me to explore the local area.

The elevator was old and rickety, and there were long corridors with peeling paint and maintenance equipment lying around. my room was quite warm and there was no way to cool it down besides opening a window, which meant I had to deal with noise from traffic outside.

Convenient waterfront location, cracking seaside views, superior room comfort, excellent breakfast buffet, lovely atmosphere at Paleo Arctic Restaurant, friendly and lively pub.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the harbor in the center of town. We were just steps away from the Hurtigruten pier, the central square, and the wharf. The convenience couldn't be beat! The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who were always available to assist us. We especially appreciated the room service and dry cleaning options, making our stay even more comfortable. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with great amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar. The highlight was definitely the terrace, where we could enjoy the stunning views while sipping our morning coffee or evening drinks. The hotel also provided free toiletries, a television, and a telephone, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay.

In short, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It truly exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, service, and amenities.
