the location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport which was ideal for our early morning flight. the rooms were comfortable, not overly luxurious but still enjoyable. the best part was the exceptional treatment we received from the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and provided useful local information and recommendations. We felt reassured that all our concerns would be taken care of. the hotel's location opposite a shopping mall and supermarket made it convenient for us. a peaceful and safe place to stay, especially if you plan to explore the northern region of Spain.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It is located in an industrial neighborhood, away from tourist areas, which ensures a quiet and peaceful stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean room at Holiday Inn Express. The spacious bathroom with a choice of brightness for the lights was a nice touch. The hotel also provided a good number of power points for all my gadgets, which was convenient. Despite being near a busy road, I didn't experience any noise disturbance during my stay. The basic breakfast was sufficient for my business trip needs. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for short stays.

The location of the hotel was not optimal, situated in an industrial estate with limited dining options nearby. It would have been helpful to have a warning that there was no mini bar in the room, as drinks and snacks had to be purchased from the vending machines in the lobby.

my recent stay at a hotel in Alcobendas exceeded expectations. Holiday Inn Express impressed with clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and helpful staff. The proximity to the motorway made it convenient for transiting to Murcia.

Air-conditioning didn't cool the room properly.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms and offered a free breakfast buffet and maps. It was also close to business parks and 20 minutes away from the airport by taxi.

Good parking and main road access, convenient bus stop for travel into Madrid center, short walk or drive to Carrefour supermarket, helpful reception staff, accommodating room for family of 2 adults and 2 children, sufficient morning breakfast.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's just a short 15-minute drive from the airport, making it really convenient for those with early or late flights. Additionally, it takes only around 15-20 minutes to reach the city center, so you're not too far away from all the major attractions.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was okay.
