Excellent staff who were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was of a high standard and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and central attractions.

The bedding could have been more comfortable compared to other 4-star hotels. Some design aspects of the hotel were not well-thought-out, such as the unsanitary washbasin in the bathroom and peculiar clashes in the decor.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions without being on a busy street.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a convenient downtown location. It was within walking distance of several points of interest and the shopping district. The hotel was also right in front of the tram line that connects to the central train station, making it easy to explore more distant sites. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options and the quality of the food was excellent.

Great Location: the hotel is conveniently located near a tram line, making it easy to reach the central train station and explore the city.

Tight Bathroom: the size of the bathroom in our room was a bit small, which made it feel cramped.

We got excellent value for our money at Thon Hotel. Our superior double room was spacious, well laid out, and very comfortable. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the harbor, city center, restaurants, and parks. The staff treated us incredibly well, with Peter always ready to help with a smile.

The food for breakfast could have been better, especially the takeaway options.

This hotel was one of our best Easter hotel experiences! We loved the complimentary chocolates and Easter eggs in our room, and the Easter-themed decorations all around the lobby were really nice. the hotel was located in a central area with easy access to many restaurants and shops, which was really convenient. the breakfast buffet was amazing, with fresh and delicious food options, and we enjoyed the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room upon arrival. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that the pillows were a bit too soft and uncomfortable for our liking, causing some neck pain in the morning. the parking was quite expensive and we had some difficulty finding a good parking spot nearby.

It is next to a public parking garage and close to shopping streets, which was very convenient. the premises were nicely designed and the room was comfortable. the staff were friendly and the service was good. the breakfast was very nice, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel offered a free evening meal, which was a great way to save money on dinner.

There was some noise from the neighborhood bars and late night party-goers at night, but overall the hotel was well sound-proofed. while the rooms were clean, the bedding could have been more comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The breakfast staff were also very nice. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. We especially loved the lounge on the 8th floor, where we could relax and enjoy complimentary coffee. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel.

As foreign tourists, we loved the fantastic location in the city center and the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. The staff, especially Peter on reception, were brilliant and accommodating. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had great amenities, including tea and coffee. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options including freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade chocolate. We also enjoyed the evening buffet, which saved us money on eating out.
