the staff at Hit Merida Hotel Boutique were the highlight of my stay. They were always friendly, accommodating, and spoke excellent English for those who don't speak Spanish. the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with daily thorough cleaning service. the WiFi worked seamlessly and the location was convenient, just a short walk from the main plaza. the hotel also provided drinking water in the rooms and had a water dispenser in the lobby, which was a nice touch. the comfortable king bed, new AC unit, and reliable hot showers were also much appreciated. I particularly enjoyed the terrace with its seating and beautiful mural.

The bathroom lacked a proper shower curtain or towel hooks, causing water to splash onto the floor. the toilet was positioned awkwardly against the wall, proving to be uncomfortable during use.

Good AC and comfy bed to sleep in after partying all night on New Year's Eve! the staff was always available to help us 24/7, which was great. Plus, the hotel had parking available nearby, so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot for our car.

The location of the hotel was a bit disappointing as it was situated in an industrial part of town. We had to take the local bus to get to the city center, which was not very convenient.
