This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff even helped me with a local food delivery number on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Excellent breakfast options and spacious rooms.

During my stay, I faced several challenges that left me feeling disappointed. The heating in the bathroom wasn't functioning properly, making it uncomfortable, especially in winter. Additionally, the room door malfunctioned, causing inconvenience when trying to exit swiftly. I also noticed the cleanliness standards were inconsistent, with a shard of glass left on the floor that posed a safety risk. Overall, these issues marred what could have been a pleasant stay.

My experience was quite frustrating. the housekeeping was subpar. the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and I had to repeatedly ask for basic supplies like tissues. Furthermore, the coffee machine in the breakfast area was overly complicated, making it difficult to get a simple latte. To top it off, I had issues with the treadmill in the fitness area, which stopped unexpectedly during my workout.

The location is prime, just a short walk from Aker Brygge and surrounded by restaurants. Breakfast is impressive with a wide variety, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Room sizes can be quite cramped, and heating issues can make for an uncomfortable stay. Additionally, parking instructions could be clearer to avoid potential fines.

the location is super central, just a short walk from a ton of restaurants and the waterfront. the breakfast was amazin with so many options to choose from, and the staff was really friendly, going out of their way to help. loved the comfy bed and that it was quiet even though it's close to everything. also, the place was really clean and modern which was a huge plus. totally recommend if ur visiting oslo!

The room had a large and comfortable double bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. I loved how the breakfast offered a variety including cereals, pastries, and hot food. really impressed with the great coffee. (And yes, the coffee is top-notch! )
