This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, right in the city center. You can easily explore all the restaurants and bars within a short walk. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist guests. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, including a well-resourced kitchen. It's great value for money, especially considering the attention to detail and basic amenities provided.

The location of Enter Viking was perfect for exploring the city. I was able to easily walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. The hotel also provided hot coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. The value for the price was excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions and reach public transportation. Guests mentioned that it is close to everything in the city and not far from the port. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good water temperature and pressure in the bathrooms. The staff is friendly and available 24/7, providing excellent service. Guests also enjoyed the free waffles and coffee/tea available throughout the day, as well as the value for money breakfast package at a nearby sister hotel.

Some guests mentioned that the room cleaning service could be improved, with only basic cleaning done and beds left unmade on certain occasions.

The two complementary drinks offered on our arrival were a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located near the harbor, giving easy access to the many boat tours offered in the area. the room had a great view of the city.

The room lacked basic amenities such as a mini fridge and sufficient storage space. the parking was expensive and the indoor parking was quite narrow, making it a difficult experience.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better, close to the center but still quiet enough. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms, although small, were well-equipped with basic amenities. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the high cost of food and drinks in Tromso.

One small detail that could be improved is the lack of storage in the rooms, a few hooks or extra shelves would have been helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Tromso. The staff at Enter Viking were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even helped other guests with their luggage and were always quick and efficient with check-in and check-out. The highlight of our stay was definitely the delicious Norwegian waffles they served for free at 5pm. The wifi was fast and reliable, and the room was spacious and clean with a mini refrigerator. We can't wait to go back to Tromso and stay at Enter Viking again.

The beds were not very comfortable, and the overall appearance of the room was outdated. Additionally, there was no parking available at the hotel, and we had to find alternative parking options which proved to be inconvenient.
