Recently renovated, clean, and spacious junior suite. Excellent outside noise isolation. Fantastic breakfast buffet with helpful and friendly kitchen staff. Modern hotel with very helpful staff. a great value for money.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient. It is within walking distance to the seafront and there are some good local restaurants nearby. It is also close to the historical sites and the Basmane Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms have a modern and clean decor, and the bathrooms are equipped with rain shower heads. The staff is friendly and the service is efficient. The breakfast is great, offering a variety of options.

The Wi-Fi connection is not reliable.

During our recent stay at Ramada, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every member of the team made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Despite the small hiccups we encountered during our stay, such as the window curtains not fully covering the windows or the blue LED light from the television, the staff was always attentive and tried their best to find solutions. They even promptly addressed the hot water issue we experienced, although it reoccurred later. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, thanks to the dedicated lady in charge. The comfortable bed and ample amenities further added to the overall positive experience. The hotel also had a well-equipped training room for guests to utilize. The breakfast was a standout with its varied and carefully chosen menu items, ensuring a delightful start to the day. The staff showed genuine concern for any issues or requests, making sure our satisfaction was their top priority. Despite the problems we faced, I am optimistic that the hotel will address them and maintain its high standards. I would recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfortable accommodations.

The WiFi signal in the room was weak and kept disconnecting. the hotel location wasn't the best with a lot of auto body shops surrounding the area, which wasn't the most picturesque.

We stayed at this hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, as it is close to the train station and in a very good area of the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the wifi worked great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had ample choices and the kitchen staff were great. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.
