A gem of a place! Loved everything about it! The owner was super-friendly and answered all my questions. The cabin was very clean and spacious. The restaurant was nothing short of awesome, with prices on par with Norway. The fish soup was a particular highlight, and the deck offered gorgeous views of the fjord and surrounding mountains. The farm animals kept our kids entertained, and our son even got to feed a young sheep from a bottle. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views and easy access to hiking trails. Definitely worth the money.

As backpackers, we absolutely loved the location of this place. It's nestled in the hills above the town, giving us stunning views and easy access to local hiking trails. Starting our hikes right from the front door was a major plus!

We stayed at a beautiful cabin with a grass roof located on a mountain above the fjord. The view was amazing, and the cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the village and fjord cruise. The hosts were kind and friendly, and there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We would love to visit again.

We had the most amazing stay at a small cabin with a grass roof on the mountain side above the end of the fjord. The view of the mountains was breathtaking, and we loved how close we were to the village and the fjord cruise. Despite its small size, the cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere, and the beds were comfortable and clean. The restaurant came highly recommended by the locals, and although we didn't eat there, we heard the food was excellent. The staff at Westeras Gard were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me when the airlines lost my bag. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back.
