The beds were incredibly fluffy and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities, such as the kids game area and pool, were also top-notch. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, especially towards my child. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect - close to the beach, Guarujá, and a big shopping mall.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right in front of a big mall, making it very convenient for shopping and entertainment. We also enjoyed the warm pool and the gym facilities. everything was fine and we had a great experience.

The only drawback was the conference center, which seemed to be unavailable during our stay.

The location was fantastic, as it was close to the beach and right in front of a shopping mall. Not having breakfast included turned out to be a blessing, as we could easily find delicious açai, coconut, and other treats in the neighborhood. the staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the indoor pool was a great option on the rainy days. it was a fantastic experience!

There were a few inconveniences during our stay. the pool area could get crowded with kids jumping and screaming, which made it difficult to relax.

We asked for a baby crib and although there was initially a mix-up, the hotel staff eventually provided us with a proper mattress. The amenities and location of the hotel were great, and the service from the staff was very good.
