This motel is in a great location, making it easy to get to by car from the airport and in a good place to reach all parts of the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and great showers. The staff is friendly and courteous, always ready to help. The lounge area is a nice place to relax and unwind. There is free WiFi available and a laundry room for guests to use.

One negative aspect is that there were some cleanliness issues, such as coffee stains on the mug and stains on the bedspread.

The room had luxurious amenities and was very spacious. We enjoyed the in-room breakfast and the snack bar was a nice touch.

The garden area could have been better maintained. There was an issue with the temperature control in the room, but it was resolved promptly by the staff.

The spacious room was perfect for our New Year's celebration with friends. the well-equipped kitchenette made it easy for us to prepare a feast and enjoy it in the room. the location was great, just a short walk from the city center and all the festivities.

The curtains in the room were quite thin and provided little privacy from the outside. the housekeeping staff didn't change the linen until our second to last night, despite our request the previous day.

Comfortable beds, awesome shower, friendly staff, excellent soundproofing even on main road. Easy check-in instructions. Very clean room with large comfy bed and impressive shower. Helpful staff made our stay even better. Convenient location away from traffic noise. Upgrade given to avoid noise from adjoining room.

Our stay at 311 Motel Riccarton was a pleasant one overall. The new owners were warm and welcoming, even helping us with our luggage. com, which was exceptional value. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom heater worked efficiently. The location of the motel was also convenient.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The outside light shone through the curtains, making it difficult to sleep.
