i had a great stay at asure adrian motel. spacious rooms with comfy beds and a nice big couch. the make up remover wipes were a nice touch. lots of sky channels, cozy warmth, and friendly staff. perfect for couples and families, close to the beach, playground, and surf club.

The location of this motel is fantastic! It is situated in a suburban area, right next to the stunning St Kilda beach. The proximity to the airport and bus links to the city is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable, with nice comfy beds and a warm, good flow shower. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring that the rooms are meticulously cleaned and serviced daily. The motel also offers great facilities, such as a lovely outdoor area with a BBQ and lush lawn.

The noise from the upstairs units, particularly when someone had a shower at night. Some noise insulation improvements would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Clean and well-maintained property, and the owners were friendly and accommodating. the location was a little far from town, but it was suitable for our needs. Wi-Fi worked well, and the owners provided helpful information about the area.

The road near the property could be quite noisy at night, with cars revving their engines. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep with all the noise, and it went on until late.
