The location of this motel is fantastic! It is situated in a suburban area, right next to the stunning St Kilda beach. The proximity to the airport and bus links to the city is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable, with nice comfy beds and a warm, good flow shower. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring that the rooms are meticulously cleaned and serviced daily. The motel also offers great facilities, such as a lovely outdoor area with a BBQ and lush lawn.

The noise from the upstairs units, particularly when someone had a shower at night. Some noise insulation improvements would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Clean and well-maintained property, and the owners were friendly and accommodating. The location was a little far from town, but it was suitable for our needs. Wi-Fi worked well, and the owners provided helpful information about the area.

The road near the property could be quite noisy at night, with cars revving their engines. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep with all the noise, and it went on until late.

We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, being so close to the beach and just a short drive to the city center. The service was exceptional, with daily housekeeping and amenities like free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. And the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent experience. we highly recommend this place for its great location and quality services.
