Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy vibe of the hostel. The rooms felt spacious, and the en-suite bathroom was spotless, making me feel like I was staying in a fancy hotel rather than a hostel. Cons:Showers had visible mold.

we loved the privacy curtain on the bunks at Adventure. sharing a room with strangers can be awkward, so having the option to draw the curtain for sleep was convenient. the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, and parking was easy. the bunks offered privacy with personal lights and power points. the staff was helpful, and the location was excellent for exploring.

I had an awesome time staying at this hotel in Wanaka. the staff members were super friendly and made me feel right at home. the rooms were cozy and clean, and I really appreciated the little touches like individual sockets and curtains on the beds. There were multiple lounge areas where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the area. Plus, the location was perfect - close to the supermarket and not too far from the beach. I also enjoyed the chill atmosphere and the fact that everyone there was into hiking, so there were plenty of great recommendations shared.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the ventilation in the rooms. It would be great to have better airflow to ensure a comfortable night's sleep for all guests.

Adventure Wanaka Hostel was a delightful stay with my six, month, old baby. the staff was incredibly friendly and the ensuite in the room was spotless. the well, equipped kitchen and comfortable beds with 2 pillows provided made our stay even more pleasant. the location was excellent, just a 4, minute walk to the information centre. the relaxed vibe, BBQ facilities, and nearby landmarks like Roys Bay Recreational Reserve and Lake Wanaka truly enhanced our family bonding experience. Highly recommended! .
