my second stay in Christchurch was even better than the first, thanks to the amazing experience at airport birches motel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. the room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making our stay a real pleasure.

We stayed at a motel close to the airport during Christmas and were pleasantly surprised by the two free offers of shuttle service and parking. the friendly staff made us feel welcome. the key location was also a plus, with easy access to the main road and other parts of the city. We also enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms.

Although the rooms were modern and cosy, the lack of soundproof walls made it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep. Late arrivals and early departures of other guests meant we could hear noisy bags rolling down the corridor.

Stayed at a nice place after a long hour flights. The cozy, nice apartment accommodated all 5 adults of my family. The hosts were lovely and provided excellent customer service. They promptly arranged a taxi for our flight, booked a shuttle to a local restaurant, and even mailed back items we left behind. The spa was a welcome relief, and the room was very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this hotel.
