The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family. the location was ideal, being close to the street but still peaceful and within walking distance of the city center. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a clean environment. We especially enjoyed the outdoor relaxation area just outside our room, where we could unwind after a long day exploring the city.

The wifi connection in our room was quite poor, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, there were inconsistencies with the housekeeping over our 6-day stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. We enjoyed a leisurely walk into the Octagon and found many sights to see along the way. It was also conveniently close to the Botanic Garden and the university, which made it easy to explore those areas as well. the stadium was just a short distance away, perfect for attending events.

The shower rose, which only sprayed a fine spray around the circumference and nothing in the middle. Washing soap off our hands became a bit of a challenge.

We had a fantastic stay at Alhambra Oaks Motor Lodge! The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. The kitchen and dining area were beautifully designed, making it easy for us to prepare meals. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of space for our toiletries. Despite the smaller size of the rooms, the convenient location of the lodge made it easy for us to explore the city on foot. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the fridge in the room was stocked with tea and coffee. The friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Alhambra Oaks Motor Lodge for its value for money and great beds.

During my Xmas stay, I really liked the convenient location of the hotel which allowed me to easily explore the nearby attractions. the hotel was in close proximity to the Otago Museum and Otago University, making it easy to visit these places. Additionally, I enjoyed the fact that the hotel had excellent off-street parking, which was a great advantage as parking was limited in the area.

There were a couple of negative aspects during my stay. the traffic noise during the evening and night was quite bad, which was a bit bothersome.
