bealey quarter motel exceeded my expectations with its modern and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and convenient shared kitchen. it felt like a brand new place compared to our previous stay in christchurch. the full-width windows and individual heating control were a nice touch.

We stayed in a 4-room dorm on the outskirts of the CBD. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. There were parking slots available and a restaurant on the premises. The location was convenient for us as our son lived nearby.

The kitchen was not well-maintained and lacked proper hygiene.

Stayed at Bealey Quarter for a couple of nights and it was perfect! The room layout was great for a couple and the bed was super comfy. Loved the 10% discount at the restaurant and the shower had awesome pressure. The vending machine in the lodge was a convenient perk. The room was spacious, with individual lighting and power points. The lounge room was a nice touch, and I met some lovely people there. Shoutout to the cleaning staff and front desk personnel for being so accommodating and welcoming. The shared facilities were clean and well-equipped. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

We stayed over xmas holidays and enjoyed the complementary snacks and drinks in the room. the location was perfect, close to the city centre and other attractions we wanted to visit. the bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep.

The bathrooms were shared and the cleaning schedule was very inconvenient. We were woken up early by the loud noise from other guests.

Located conveniently to tourist spots and the airport, with easy access. The restaurant offers excellent tiger prawns at an additional cost. The hotel is close to almost everything of interest, however, it is not near a supermarket.

Although the hotel offers excellent facilities, some areas such as hallways and shared bathrooms can feel overcrowded at peak times.

Our stay at this hotel was superb. The room was luxurious with exclusive amenities such as a private terrace and garden area. The leisure room had a good selection of TV channels, and the bar area had a great cocktail menu. The staff provided excellent service, arranging a private BBQ for us and offering in-room breakfast with a special diet menu. The location advantage was ideal, just a short walk from the city center.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay at this hotel was a slight delay in the room service. Despite this, the staff was quick to respond and resolved the matter efficiently.
