I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great find! The value for money was fantastic, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location was perfect, being close to Telford centre and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with their friendly and efficient attitude making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The basic amenities in the room were exactly what I needed, and I particularly liked being on the top floor, which offered a unique experience with its steep sloping ceiling on the window wall. The breakfast provided a wide choice of options, especially the continental selection, which was fabulous.

All aspects of my stay were great, nothing to improve.

the evening service in the restaurant was slow, even though the rest of the restaurant was almost empty. It took quite a while for our main courses to arrive, and even longer for dessert.

This hotel is in a great place next to Telford centre, making it very convenient for exploring the local restaurants and shops. The rooms on the 3rd floor, which are on the same level as reception, are lovely. They have a Velux window and a comfy bed, making for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast at the back is truly impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The back grounds of the hotel are also stunning, adding to the overall beauty of the place.
