We got great value for our money at Ambassador Thermal Motel. The room had everything we needed and the on-site pool facilities were exceptional.

The lady on the front desk was amazing, allowing us to check in early and being very helpful with recommendations. The room size was great, clean bathroom, and overall a wonderful experience. The location was also excellent, close to the waterfront and other attractions. The staff were friendly and eager to please. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, perfect for a budget stay. The heating was excellent and the sheets and towels were clean and fresh. Plenty of parking options available.

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located motel. The spacious unit with a balcony was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. The in-house spa amenities, including a thermal mineral pool and spa pool, were a highlight. The friendly and helpful owner made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also loved the proximity to Rotorua's famous restaurant street, where we enjoyed a memorable dinner. I highly recommend this motel for its comfortable accommodations, great amenities, and friendly service.

The lack of elevators made it difficult to drag our luggage up the stairs. the hotel looked a little dated, and the rooms were very hot and stuffy.
