I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was impressed. The location was absolutely fantastic, with Vic's Cafe just a stone's throw away. The hotel itself was stylish and well-appointed, with spacious and beautiful rooms. The owners clearly have an eye for detail, as everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchenette was large and well-equipped, making it easy for me to self-cater if I wanted to. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. the level of service at this place was some of the best I have ever experienced.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Their hospitality is top-notch; Tina ensured our stay was seamless and even arranged our airport transfer for free—sweet as!

The room got a bit chilly, bathroom door was a bit wonky, and room servicing was missed one day, but nothing that dampened the tasty experience. Cheers to a delightful stay!

The cleanliness of the apartments was remarkable and the view of the lovely garden from the window was soothing. the location of the place was convenient, as it was situated within walking distance of the city centre and Botanic Garden. the manager imparted ample advice on how to best use my time in the city which I appreciated.

One downside I experienced during my stay was the lack of luxury amenities that guests might expect in a higher end hotel. the lack of some basic amenities was a bit disappointing but was still workable.

The hosts were extremely helpful and provided plenty of useful information about the local area. The fully equipped kitchen area in my room was a big plus, allowing me to prepare meals whenever I wanted. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff provided the best service that I have come across, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site car park was convenient and the Wi-Fi worked well. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is also suitable for families due to its comfortable and well-equipped rooms, making it a great choice for a relaxing family getaway.
