I loved the warm and clean pools at Ctc! It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the water. The card system for payment was convenient and hassle-free. I'll recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. The location was ideal for my business trip, easily accessible and close to the main city attractions. The hotel also had a card payment system that made transactions very convenient.

The club facilities were overall dirty and outdated, which created a negative experience. The pools were not well-maintained, and guests would drink beer in the water, making it unpleasant. Additionally, the hotel was not friendly for elderly or disabled guests, in which they had to walk a long distance uphill to reach the main pools, making it difficult for them. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is central, making it easy to explore the area without a car. However, there may be traffic if you do choose to drive. a great experience.
