I had the pleasure of staying in this venue and it was such a wonderful experience. The location was great, situated right in the central city area. Not only was it close to shops, but it also provided a relaxing atmosphere as it was located off the living area. The service was impeccable, the cleaning crew and the staff providing excellent service and taking care of all my needs. The amenities were top-notch and plentiful, including free Wi-Fi in rooms, garden furniture, and even a kitchen with cookware/kitchen utensils. I can't forget to mention the leisure facilities such as the jacuzzi and steam bath which were perfect for unwinding after a long day.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, the excellent service, comfortable rooms, modern amenities and beautiful garden area ensures that every guest will have an enjoyable stay here.

Conveniently located, easy to find, and accessible to attractions, shops, and restaurants. Excellent manager Mike, who provided helpful suggestions for family activities. Kids loved the private hot tub. Clean and well-maintained modern decor and furnishings. Warm room upon arrival. Great for families or couples. Would recommend to friends and family. 5 stars ⭐️

I absolutely loved my stay at Arista Of Rotorua! The modern and cozy room with its well-equipped kitchenette made me feel right at home. The daily housekeeping and fresh towels were a lovely touch. The highlight was definitely the amazing spa in the courtyard - perfect for relaxation. The motel's location was ideal, quiet yet easy to find and just a short drive to town and attractions like Skyline Rotorua. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was a short driving distance to all the attractions in the area. It was really convenient being only 5-10 minutes away from places like Eat Streat and Te Puia. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided great local knowledge. They even sorted out a problem with a tour I had booked. The room was well laid out with parking right out front and had all the amenities I needed, such as a kitchenette and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also had great leisure facilities like a jacuzzi and a steam bath. I couldn't have had a nicer place to stay!

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms could become uncomfortable during warmer weather.

Everything is what I need and want.

Had a fantastic Xmas stay, with two great complementary benefits on arrival, the location was brilliant, right in the heart of the action, and the room was large and clean with great air conditioning.

The undercover spa was a bit dated and in need of an upgrade and the staff seemed a little pre-occupied and not always present when we needed them.

Our stay at the motel was great value for money, with a spacious and clean room that had excellent facilities, including an outdoor hot tub. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with useful advice on things to do in the area. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the additional toiletries provided. a fantastic experience at this motel that I highly recommend.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of choices.
