Spacious room, helpful staff near DOC info centre. Planned Milford Track, but weather closed it. Owners helped us find day walk till Plan B. Lovely, comfortable place with good facilities and heating. Close to town centre with restaurants and lake. Stored our luggage before check-in for Milford Sounds visit. Tidy, clean room with breakfast dishes done. Heater turned on, curtains closed, bathroom tidy while out. Accommodating staff, daily room cleaning and towel change. Huge room with kitchenette. Heater in freezing bathroom. Strong water pressure and exceptional cleanliness. Recommended for Milford Sound stop-over.

We had a fantastic stay at a well-equipped motel with a quiet location. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the bedroom and the comfortable bed. The toilet was spotlessly clean and the shower had excellent water pressure. We also appreciated the DVD player for our daughter to enjoy. Highly recommended!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly and non-intrusive staff, well-equipped kitchen facilities, and spacious living spaces. The daily room servicing perfectly accommodated our busy schedule. The generous internet allowance was a bonus.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the modern bathroom and the cozy beds. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed.

This budget motel is conveniently located in the heart of town, making it easy to access all that the area has to offer. The large and spacious rooms with comfy beds, were well equipped with plenty of hot water for showering and the option of having milk in the fridge. It also had helpful laundry facilities onsite.

While basic amenities were available in the room, there was no toaster provided for guests.

The room was surprisingly warm and I appreciated the generous provision of cutlery. The fan provided was a nice touch and much needed. I would recommend this motel for its great value and thoughtful amenities.

Our Thanksgiving stay was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel really welcome. The motel was really well equipped; we especially enjoyed using the BBQ area. The location was great too, with plenty to do within walking distance. We also appreciated the complementary snacks and drinks provided in the room.

That the bathroom in our second room wasn't as nice as the first. However, this paled in comparison to the overall great experience we had at the motel.
