the entrance to this so-called luxurious place was non-existent, I felt like I was searching for hidden treasure. And seriously, your lack of luggage storage is appalling. I was definitely expecting some sort of complimentary gesture for enduring my time here, but alas, I guess that's too much to ask. almost thought I'd write a decent review, but just couldn't.
