We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to everything we needed. We were impressed with the quality of the service and the attention to detail. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great night's sleep every night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to others.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Whakatane and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations on where to eat and what to see. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed watching the Chiefs have a good win on Friday night on the flat-screen TV in my room. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including a BBQ area and a beautiful garden where I could relax and unwind. The location was perfect, close to shops and other attractions.

Stayed here before, lady owner is always welcoming. Rooms are clean and facilities are well-maintained. Good location, close to shopping and CBD. Friendly staff and helpful manager with late checkout. Would definitely return.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our group of friends. We were close to all the activities we wanted to do, as well as being within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff provided great service and even allowed us to check in early. We also appreciated the free parking and fast Wi-Fi. the hotel had everything we needed and was conveniently located.

The TV in the room was quite small and positioned in a corner, which made it difficult to watch from certain parts of the room.

Great value for money! the room was really spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable with electric blankets. Another plus is the free wifi service, along with the TV and well-equipped small kitchen. It was also great that it was located close to town, which made it easy to get around. the shower in the bathroom was especially awesome with heated towel rails!

There were definitely some negatives to the stay. the busy road near the motel meant that there was quite a bit of traffic noise that could be heard in the room.

We stayed in a spacious unit with 2 separate bedrooms, perfect for travelling with elderly parents. The unit was extremely comfortable, fresh, and clean. It had all the amenities we needed. The staff also accommodated our request for an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. a great place to stay.
