We got great value for our money at the Chelmswood Motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent, with a beautiful view and free bike rentals. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel instantly welcomed and at home.

The outdoor dining area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The two bars of soap were a nice touch and the complementary water bottle was appreciated. the hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk around and explore. the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

The noise from neighboring rooms was a major issue and made it difficult to sleep. the air conditioning was quite loud and made it hard to relax and enjoy the stay.

The manager was very informative and friendly, making us feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the hot spa tub in our room, providing the perfect relaxation after a long day of exploring. Another great feature was the barbecue area with its stunning sweeping view. Despite not having breakfast included, the set up and security were commendable, giving us peace of mind for our packed car. The motel is conveniently located, close to shops and a lovely pathway around the lake. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a good TV reception. The staff is helpful and the thermal tub is a nice amenity for relaxation.

Overall cleanliness could be improved with better carpet maintenance and removal of dead insects in cobwebs.
