The comfortable bed and spa made up for the minor inconveniences during our stay. The room, although slightly smaller, had a railing in the bathroom for added safety. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with an upgrade to a very nice unit which was clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed the 50 channels of SKY and the availability of real milk. The motel also had great family facilities including a pool with a slide, spa pool, and games room. The location was convenient, with shops and a park nearby, and just a short drive to Napier city.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect, as it was close to everything the Bay has to offer. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was very close to the oldest wineries in the area, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy some great wines. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, especially the room service and housekeeping. They made sure that our every need was taken care of, and even provided package/parcel services, which was very convenient. The room itself was luxurious and offered all the amenities we could ask for. From the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and we loved spending time on the patio with the garden furniture provided. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at a motel in a great location, close to everything the area has to offer. The rooms were clean and spacious, with modern facilities such as a new spa pool and a well-kept kitchen and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our needs were met. The nearby park provided a nice outdoor area for relaxation. we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Some guests did mention that the shower head was too low, making showering a bit awkward.

Comfortable family unit perfect for 5 adults, spacious with comfy beds. Good-sized drinking glasses and great pool. Provided own parking space for van and shower stool. Will definitely return to Hawke's Bay. Thank you Mark and team for positive experience.

The facilities were fantastic for a romantic getaway! the room was cozy, and we appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and had easy access to transport options.

The room was not soundproof, and we experienced quite a bit of noise from our neighbors which made it hard to relax at times. the curtains did not fully cover the windows, which made us feel a little exposed.
