the staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit. the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool were great places to relax in. the garden area was well-maintained and added to the peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant provided tasty dishes and the bar/lounge area offered great drinks. Cons: the shower area in the bathroom lacked proper curtains, causing the floor to be wet and slippery.

We had a room near the river, and the view was absolutely amazing. The park was really nice with a good swimming pool. The shuttle at the terrain was very convenient, especially with the steep hills. we enjoyed our stay at Puri Asri Hotel & Resort and would recommend it.

Beautiful location with mountain, rice field, and river view. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms with great room service. Excellent view from the restaurant. Good breakfast with many choices. Convenient mini bus service within the hotel area. Nice design swimming pool and outdoor games provided. Off the beaten tourist track, peaceful and surrounded by nature.

Located near an amusement park with family facilities, including rafting, badminton, and swimming pool. Hilltop location provides good views and cool weather. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Will return for future holidays.

The hotel resort is situated in a beautiful tropical garden with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes, including rice fields and mountains. the shuttle cars provided by the hotel are convenient for exploring nearby museums, historic sites, and restaurants. the hotel also offers a variety of fun outdoor activities, such as bike rentals and paintball, which adds to the overall enjoyable experience.

The facilities and amenities provided by the hotel are not up to the standard of a luxury five-star hotel. the room, in particular, lacks basic amenities like face towels and a comforter, whilst the air conditioning doesn't seem to work effectively.

Located close to the Magelang bus station, this hotel is easily accessible for travelers arriving by bus. The uphill walk to the restaurant provides a scenic view of the surrounding area. Guests can easily reach the hotel by taking a taxi from the airport. The rooms are comfortable and offer a great view of the mountains. The staff is committed to fulfilling customer requests and the buffet breakfast offers a variety of options. The hotel also provides facilities such as a playground, bicycle tracks, and outdoor activities.

The price increase during peak season holidays may not be justified by the lack of improvement in service and maintenance.
