Location of the unit was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Roomy and clean accommodations. Had an unexpected but pleasant view over the mountains. Appreciated the storage for our bikes and easy access to towels for the hot pools. the town was easy to explore on foot, with cafes and restaurants nearby. No wardrobe but the heating system was good, and TV channels were varied. a comfy and convenient stay.

The spa bath was fabulous. It was like soaking in a tub full of warm, bubbly magic, melting away all stress and worries. It felt like being wrapped in a fluffy cloud, with a touch of luxury that made me feel like royalty.

No liquid soap in the dispenser.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Hanmer Springs and I must say, it was quite luxurious. The location of this place was simply unbeatable, right in the centre of town. It was so convenient to have wonderful restaurants right next door, making dining out a breeze.

The shower was small and tight, which was a disappointment for a larger person. the bathroom design was less functional, and has issues with moisture and cleanliness.

This motel is perfectly located in the heart of town, within easy walking distance to all attractions and a variety of wonderful restaurants. The rooms are beautifully presented, with functional and attractive furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi with great speed, and there is even a guest laundry and free parking on site.

The motel could improve by anticipating late arrivals and providing a coded lock box for guests to pick up keys without hassle.

The proximity to the pools and other attractions was incredibly convenient for us. We loved being able to easily walk to all the hot springs, stores, and restaurants. During our stay, we had a small issue with the shower in our room, as water would come pouring out when we got in. However, the property owner was super helpful and friendly, promptly addressing the problem and ensuring our comfort. our experience at Asure Hanmer Inn Motel was excellent - the owner went above and beyond to assist us, even giving us a jumpstart for our car. Their advice on exploring the area was invaluable, making our trip even more enjoyable. Though there were a few minor drawbacks, like the small room and lack of heated hand towels in the bathroom, these were easily overlooked given the outstanding service we received. We highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Hanmer Springs!
