Great location near shops and pools, fabulous spa bath, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, friendly staff.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints at all.

Location of the unit was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Roomy and clean accommodations. Had an unexpected but pleasant view over the mountains. Appreciated the storage for our bikes and easy access to towels for the hot pools. the town was easy to explore on foot, with cafes and restaurants nearby. No wardrobe but the heating system was good, and TV channels were varied. a comfy and convenient stay.

The spa bath was fabulous. It was like soaking in a tub full of warm, bubbly magic, melting away all stress and worries. It felt like being wrapped in a fluffy cloud, with a touch of luxury that made me feel like royalty.

No liquid soap in the dispenser.

clean rooms - just upgraded bathroom, and great location within walking distance to hot pools. staff quickly refilled soap dispenser and were welcoming and helpful. owners were fantastic too - making the stay extra special.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Hanmer Springs and I must say, it was quite luxurious. The location of this place was simply unbeatable, right in the centre of town. It was so convenient to have wonderful restaurants right next door, making dining out a breeze.

Families will definitely love this hotel.

Great value and cozy stay. the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. the room decor was up-to-date with modern amenities and furnishings that felt welcoming. the location was prime, within walking distance to various restaurants and shops.

The shower was small and tight, which was a disappointment for a larger person. the bathroom design was less functional, and has issues with moisture and cleanliness.

the motel had super friendly staff, comfy beds, and a lovely view of the mountains. the location was perfect - just a 2-minute walk to the hot springs, supermarket, and plenty of dining options. highly recommend for a cozy, convenient stay.

This motel is perfectly located in the heart of town, within easy walking distance to all attractions and a variety of wonderful restaurants. The rooms are beautifully presented, with functional and attractive furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi with great speed, and there is even a guest laundry and free parking on site.

The motel could improve by anticipating late arrivals and providing a coded lock box for guests to pick up keys without hassle.
