During my stay in October 2023, I found the room quite dated with single-pane windows that didn’t block out noise, leading to a frustrating experience. I could clearly hear conversations from guests in the back patio area, making it hard to relax. Additionally, the bathroom countertop was surprisingly low, and if it weren't for the hand-held shower head, I would have struggled to bathe comfortably. The lack of real milk in the room was also disappointing, which is a basic expectation at any hotel.

Convenient shuttle service and early check-in made for a stress-free arrival. Comfortable beds provided a good night's rest before our next adventure.

The room's blinds let in too much light, which disrupted sleep. Some areas seemed in need of maintenance, impacting the overall vibe.

The location was super convenient, and the rooms looked recently refurbished. My kiddo loved exploring the nearby high-altitude maze. it kept the whole family entertained and active. Dinner was tasty and reasonably priced—perfect for a family night after arriving.

My kids wished for quieter rooms. the noise from the hallway made it hard to sleep. For families, it would be great to have better soundproofing to ensure a good night's rest.

The staff were super friendly, and the free shuttle to the airport was a real bonus! The location is also really great, just a short ride from the terminal.

But the towels could use some upgrading. they felt quite worn. Also, a few small maintenance touches here and there would make a big difference.

The free car parking was well-lit and safe. The renovations made the room feel fresh and comfortable. I loved the convenience of having a heater and extra blankets, perfect for a cozy night. It was also great that the hotel is located close to transport links, making travel a breeze.

Felt happy, no complaints whatsoever.

airport kiwi is a solid overnight hotel if you land late. the included shuttle to the airport is super convenient, making it easy to catch that early domestic flight. the breakfast was basic but fine for a quick start to the day. overall, a great price for the facilities offered!
