We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and tranquil environment at Cardamom County. Waking up to the soothing sounds of birds was a delightful experience. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and we loved that the restaurant sourced its vegetables from their organic garden. The staff, especially Prabhu, the Guest Relation Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the town with all the tourist attractions nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views overlooking the gardens and jungle area. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel amenities and services are top-notch, from the well-maintained swimming pool and spa to the delicious dining options. The hospitality of the staff truly made our stay memorable.

The only small improvement would be for the staff to be a bit more attentive to the service. Other than that, we had an amazing experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The location is simply amazing, as it is nestled amidst beautiful grounds and close to nature. I enjoyed exploring Kumily and visiting the Periyar tiger reserve, which were only a short distance away. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms that provided a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and always greeted me with a smile, ensuring excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast served was delicious and had a good variety of options. this hotel provided a memorable experience with its prime location and welcoming atmosphere.

Had a wonderful Xmas holiday here! the hotel is situated in a beautiful location surrounded by green trees and flowers. the food was delicious, especially the Indian breakfast items and the non-veg dinner dishes. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony and great amenities. the pool was fantastic and very safe for swimming.

One downside is that the hotel is located a little far from the main town center. Another point is that the stairs were a bit difficult to climb for some of our family members.
