Parking nightmare! In a 7-guest suite property, finding one of the four parking spaces was quite the adventure!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious lodge! The location on a picturesque hill overlooking the city was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the beautiful lakeview every morning was a highlight of our trip. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring our room was always clean and organized. We also appreciated the variety of amenities available, such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and the comfortable sitting area. The terrace and garden furniture provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the view. the level of comfort and quality service offered at this hotel exceeded our expectations.

The induction water pot was a unique and convenient feature, making it quick and easy to heat water. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Balmoral Lodge.

There was limited parking availability, which necessitated the use of Uber services instead of utilizing my own vehicle. Additionally, the shared balcony situation was not clearly communicated, causing a minor misunderstanding.

The apartment style accommodation was just what we needed, with a clean two-bedroom setup, a kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. The balcony offered stunning views, and the French press coffee maker was a nice touch. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short distance away from the city center and all its attractions. We also appreciated the wonderful hospitality from the owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Some aspects of the hotel's advertising and room selection could be improved upon.

we stayed at a cute place with the best view right from our bedroom! two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area/kitchen meant we had space to relax without feeling cramped. always neat and tidy with daily cleaning. a short walk downhill into town. lovely and helpful staff always made us feel welcome, especially at balmoral lodge.

Enjoyed my stay in Queenstown. the hillside location provided stunning vistas, although the uphill walk was a workout! the communal space was cozy, complete with wine and snacks – a nice touch. Despite the mix-up at check-in, the friendly host made our stay memorable, even helping with a toothache. the fluffy pillows and heated bed were perfect after a long day exploring. a snug retreat with heartwarming hospitality. Cheers from a lost-in-translation duo!

Great view from the room and daily cleaning service. Free parking and friendly staff were also a plus. the shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. Convenient location close to the city center and within walking distance of attractions. We appreciated having a kettle and Netflix available for entertainment.

Some noise from the surroundings and thin walls made it a bit hard to sleep at times. the bathroom was small and cramped.
