Arrived to find them so lost, I thought maybe I was in the wrong place! But once settled, things improved. Room was comfy, with a view worth waking up to. the staff? Top-notch. Their warmth made the horrid mould smell bearable. Shoutout to Ganesh and Bajarang for the delightful eats! Despite the hiccups, I might just swing by this joint again. Or maybe not. 😄

Had a comfy bed and a great view from the room. the food at the in, house restaurant was yummy and healthy, with awesome service. Enjoyed a free room upgrade with a warm welcome from the front desk staff.

I had a midnight flight mishap, but Novotel Pune Viman Nagar Road reinstated my room graciously, showing exceptional customer care. the cozy room with a stunning city view and top-notch amenities made our stay delightful. We relished the free lounge access during happy hours and noticed continuous property improvements. the staff's kindness and the central location were highlights, although check-in and costs could be smoother. the relaxation offerings, like the outdoor swimming pool, added to our family fun, while nearby landmarks like Koregaon Park and Dr Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary offered unique bonding experiences. a highly recommended stay in Pune.

We went to HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and it was lit! the location was super convenient, and the staff were chill. the pool was epic, and the food was on point. Can't wait to come back for another wild time!

I was impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the bathrooms in the Novotel. the maintenance of the facilities was clearly a priority, making my stay very comfortable. the proximity to the airport was a major convenience for my travel plans.

I was disappointed to find that some of the listed amenities were not provided in the room. This minor detail detracted from an otherwise positive experience.

I always return for business here. Staff kindly returned my forgotten shower bag. It suits perfectly, all I need: Wi-Fi, Valet parking, Business centre. Many more: Air conditioning, No smoking, Outdoor pool. Welcoming amenities. Truly no regrets.

Exceptional Buffet Dinner & Breakfast Experience the buffet dinner and breakfast at the hotel were superb, meeting the expectations of a five-star brand with delicious food, rich variety, and excellent presentation. the staff, especially the cooking department and head chef, deserve commendation for their exceptional service. One area for improvement could be ensuring guests receive complementary refreshments with their order, such as soups, to enhance the overall dining experience.

The ambience was amazing with clean, posh interiors. Spacious, quiet rooms and courteous staff. Delightful buffet meals, comfortable beds, and EXCELLENT service.

Room was spacious and met Novotel standards perfectly. the layout made it feel even bigger than its 28 sq. m size. Highly recommend staying at Novotel for cozy and clean rooms. If in town again, I'd choose Novotel.

the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the food served was not only really good but also offered a wide variety of choices, making every meal a delightful experience. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, as there were plenty of options to choose from, and everything was delicious. the ambiance of the hotel was pleasant and very neat, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the premises. the hotel's location was ideal, near to many attractions in Pune, making it convenient to explore the city.

Despite the many positive aspects of this hotel, there are a few areas that could be improved. One of the issues I encountered was with the in-room dining service, which seemed to lack efficiency on a couple of occasions.

Located near business center, Glen at the restaurant served delicious food. Shubham, Shweta, Ramu, and Chef Munna provided exceptional service with smiles.

Slow in-room dining and water logging in bathrooms were significant inconveniences.
